Interest & APR Rules

Simple Interest
Monthly Interest Rates
2.0% – 4.0% / month

Determined by asset category, verified secondary wholesale market liquidity, and loan amount tier. Higher-capital facilities and high-liquidity references (such as stainless steel Rolex Daytona or Patek Philippe Nautilus) qualify for our lowest monthly rate tier.

No Compounding: Interest is calculated strictly as simple interest on outstanding principal.
Prorated to the Day: Pay only for the exact calendar days your funds were active.
Annualized APR Disclosed: Every written contract displays the full annualized percentage rate.
Statutory Notice: Exact rates, terms, and APR are formalized in your binding written term sheet prior to contract signing and item intake.

Settlement & Resolution

Repayment, Renewals & Default Policies

We operate with uncompromising clarity. Here is exactly what occurs when your loan is repaid, extended, or unresolved.

Repayment & Renewal Rules

Full Flexibility

Early Repayment with Zero Penalty

Borrowers may satisfy outstanding principal and accrued charges at any point prior to loan maturity. No early exit fees, minimum interest holding periods, or penalties apply.

Contractual Renewal Privileges

Agreements can be renewed or extended for subsequent 3, 6, or 12-month periods upon written mutual agreement by servicing the accrued monthly interest charges.

Tracked Insured Collateral Release

Upon confirmed wire settlement, collateral is verified against initial intake records and dispatched via priority overnight armored courier with adult signature required.

Settlement accepted via Federal Reserve Fedwire or verified bank ACH transfer.

Default & Disposition Protocol

Non-Recourse

Advance Written Notice & Grace Period

Prior to loan maturity, Vaultmark delivers written reminder notices. If payment is not received at maturity, a formal contractual cure period (grace period) is provided to restructure or pay.

100% Non-Recourse Debt Shield

The collateral is the sole security for the obligation. We never pursue personal legal recourse, file wage garnishments, contact debt collectors, or report negative remarks to credit bureaus.

Orderly Wholesale Disposition

If a loan remains uncured following the expiration of the grace period, ownership transfers strictly pursuant to written contract, and the asset is sold through vetted dealer networks at fair wholesale prices.

Surplus Return Policy Guarantee

If net liquidation proceeds exceed the outstanding principal balance and direct disposition expenses, all excess surplus capital is promptly remitted to the borrower via wire transfer.

Surplus Protection: Excess proceeds from collateral liquidation are returned to the borrower.
Regulatory Compliance

Statutory Disclosures & Legal Framework

Our operations adhere to rigorous legal, financial, and regulatory guidelines to guarantee uncompromised consumer protection.

Truth in Lending & Written Term Sheet

Vaultmark provides a binding, itemized written term sheet prior to contract execution. The term sheet explicitly details the disbursed principal amount, monthly interest rate, annualized percentage rate (APR), total cost of borrowing, maturity date, and payment instructions. No terms are altered post-signing.

UCC Article 9 Commercial Compliance

All collateral pledge transactions and security interests are established pursuant to Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC). Borrowers warrant sole ownership and unencumbered title to all pledged timepieces and fine jewelry collateral.

Non-Recourse Legal Characterization

Every loan agreement is strictly non-recourse. In the event of borrower default, the lender's sole legal remedy is the realization and disposition of the pledged collateral. The borrower incurs no personal liability, deficiency judgment risk, or adverse credit reporting.

AML & Identity Verification Standards

In compliance with federal Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) regulations, all prospective borrowers must provide valid government-issued photographic identification during contract execution. Serial numbers are checked against national registries and lost-property databases.

Master FAQ

Interest rates are calculated on a simple monthly basis based on your deployed principal and exact calendar days active. Monthly rates typically range from 2.0% to 4.0% depending on asset category, wholesale liquidity, and loan size. All written term sheets clearly disclose both the monthly rate and annualized percentage rate (APR) with zero compounding.
